Delivery time and lost shipments:
If you have selected Standard Shipping (No Tracking), please allow 12 to 14 days for delivery for international orders (we can’t control the postal services).
If it’s been dispatched, please be patient. It’s very rare that an order will never arrive.
When selecting shipping option, please keep in mind that you are the one who knows if Tracking is necessary or not.
We cannot offer refunds for lost shipments if you select to have your order shipped with the ”Standard Shipping” or ”PostNord (With Tracking)” options, as we will not receive any refunds on our end either.
The ”PostNord (With Tracking)” option, is an express service with tracking and is faster than ”Standard Shipping”. But it does not offer any insurance nor refund.
The only options that have insurance for a refund are ”FedEx (With Tracking) and ”Registered Shipping (Insured)”.
The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we are not responsible. Neither are we responsible for postal service delays. If a parcel is returned due to having been given an incorrect address, customer is responsible for paying any costs to re-ship the order. If we are charged a return fee due to having been given an incorrect address, we may refuse to re-send the shipment until said charge has been paid back to us by the costumer.
Orders are currently processed, packaged and shipped within a week if all items are in stock and at location. This is due to headquarters being on the country-side and the pandemic.
During higher order volume periods the processing time may be slightly longer. In case of further delays or production delays on pre-order items, we will inform you promptly.
You will receive an email notification when your order has been packed and is ready to be dispatched.
As stated in Product Availability, under Terms & Conditions, please be aware that when ordering items that are “pre-order” titles, including these with your order will delay the shipment of your order until the title is in stock.
We aim to pack orders as safely as possible, within reason, to eliminate damage being done to the items during transit. For vinyls we use oversized cardboard-boxes bought specifically for this format. When possible and the weigh limits allow we will add extra protection. To avoid split seams vinyl is packaged outside the sleeve, unless an item is sealed / shrink-wrapped. If you wish us to open and remove the vinyl from the jacket on possibly sealed items, please try to include a message about that with your order.

Unless we have already shipped out your order or had any expenses in processing it, we can accept cancellations.
A refund will be issued accordingly, with the deduction of all expenses that might have occurred in processing the order or payment transfer fees.
