Complete discography of this doom-tinged old school Death Metal unit from New Jersey! Includes their demos 1993-1995 and three songs from pre-SOLEMN’s evil incarnation, called “IT”.
SOLEMN used to blend the dark sound of their area’s trademark Death Metal (think of INCANTATION) with doomish slowdowns and goreific Death/Grind bursts. Their demos “Exiled” and “Asaru breathen” are true lost gems of cryptic, cavernous U.S. Death Metal in pure early 90’s tradition, that definitely deserve to be rediscovered.
