BLOOD HARVEST RECORDS is proud to present a special split 7″ between AIMA and SUPREMATIVE, jointly titled Blood Chalices From the Impure. This record follows hot on the heels of SUPREMATIVE's Servitude of the Impurity 7″ EP, released last summer by BLOOD HARVEST to widespread critical acclaim. Here, they take the blackgrinding bestial metal template established by now-disbanded countrymen Proclamation and proceed to dump even more copious amounts of sewage on top. Two dank 'n' disgusting tracks on side 2 and SUPREMATIVE show that they're just getting started. On the A-side, AIMA (or Aiμα in their native Greek) are introduced with equally foul applomb. Like their split-mates, AIMA have a sparse discography so far, but on evidence of their track and intro here, the duo have firmly established a filthy name for themselves, burling forth with a ritualistic sort of black/death which dips down into doom. Always with their finger on the pulse of what's hot in the metal underground, BLOOD HARVEST strongly encourage you to drink Blood Chalices From the Impure with AIMA and SUPREMATIVE! – (Nathan T. Birk)
