Following the rancid aftermath of their 2023 demo, ‘The Last Suppuration’ embodies their fully realized vision of blasphemous extremity. Recorded, mixed, and mastered by Tony Tipton of the legendary Regurgitation, the album channels the oppressive weight and cavernous tone of classic Morrisound-era death metal. Every riff, groove, and subterranean vocal is saturated with pestilent force, as if the stench of a desecrated crypt were made audible.

Lead single ‘Boiled at Birth’ opens with stomach-churning gurgles before unleashing a writhing mass of mangled riffs and heaving grooves, underpinned by bass lines that are technically precise yet pulse like wriggling maggots across the album’s festering surface… showcasing PROTRUSION’s ability to fuse haunting atmospheres with unrelenting, cadaverous brutality.
