Years in the making, DISHUMANE was formed by guitarist James Shanks and built from a shared obsession with true death metal. What began as isolated recordings slowly evolved into a fully realized band, culminating in the recording of ‘Centurion’s Demise’ alongside Charlie Koryn (Incantation / Ascended Dead) on drums and Chuck Sherwood (Incantation) on bass.
The result is four tracks of unrelenting and uncompromising death metal, cavernous and firmly rooted in the spirit of the underground. DISHUMANE do not aim to reinvent the wheel so much as spin it malevolently and crush it.
